| Note: | Po novele zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů (zákon o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí), která nabyla účinnost 1.1. 2024, zajišťují posuzování záměrů naplňující dikci bodu 54 kategorie I přílohy č. 1 k zákonu, krajské úřady. Počáteční kroky posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí jsou uvedeny v informačním systému EIA pod kódem OV2082. | ||||||||
