| Note: | Záměr byl podroben zjišťovacímu řízení pod kódem JHM1632, kdy řízení vedl Krajský úřad Jihomoravského kraje. Po vydání závěru zjišťovacího řízení však bylo zjištěno, že se jedná o změnu záměru naplňující parametry kategorie I, která podléhá povinnému posouzení dle zákona, kde příslušným úřadem je MŽP.. Vydaný negativní závěr zjišťovacího řízení byl proto rozhodnutím MŽP prohlášen za nicotný. MŽP jako příslušný úřad pokračuje v procesu posuzování záměru pod kódem OV7215. Text oznámení je k nahlédnutí pod původním kódem JHM1632. | ||||||||
