| Note: | Jedná se o záměr, u kterého proběhlo zjišťovací řízení pod názvem "ZEVO Žďár". Příslušný úřad obdržel dne 8. 9. 2025 pod č. j. KUJI 76100/2025 žádost zástupce oznamovatele o změnu názvu záměru na "Teplárna Jihlavská, Žďár nad Sázavou", který lépe vystihuje podstatu záměru. U vlastního záměru nedochází k žádné změně. Pod novým názvem "Teplárna Jihlavská, Žďár nad Sázavou" bude probíhat následné posouzení dle zákona č. 100/2001 Sb., projektová příprava, komunikace s veřejností i navazující správní řízení. | ||||||||
