Note: Platnost stanoviska byla prodloužena závěrem zjišťovacího řízení ze dne 21.1.2009 (viz MZP241) do 19.10.2009, následně byla opětovně prodloužena závěrem zjišťovacího řízení ze dne 29. 6. 2011 (viz MZP295) do 19. 10. 2011 a posléze vyjádřením MŽP, OPVIP ze dne 6.12.2011, č.j.: 80558/ENV/11 o 5 let, tzn. do 19.10.2016. Následovalo další prodloužení o 5 let, tj. do 19.10.2021 (viz prodloužení platnosti stanoviska čj. MZP/2017/710/3243 ze dne 12.4.2019.)
