Note: Platnost stanoviska byla prodloužena závěrem zjišťovacího řízení ze dne 2.9.2008 (viz MZP228) do 31.8.2010 a následně vyjádřením MŽP, OPVIP ze dne 7.6.2011, č.j.: 46212/ENV/11 o 5 let, tzn. do 31.8.2015. Dne 30. 7. 2019 byla platnost stanoviska prodloužena o 5 let, tedy do 30. 7. 2024 (čj. MZP/2019/570/923).
